Announcement of New Corporate Secretary

PT Mitra Energi Persada, Tbk. announces the appointment of a new corporate secretary, based on Surat Keputusan Direksi Perseroan Nomor: 290/SK-MEP/2015 about Corporate Secretary Appointment. Effectively on April 23, 2015 onwards, Mr. Said August Putra replaces Dr. A. Yaniarsyah Hasan, SE., MM. as the new Corporate Secretary.
The appointment refers to Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor: 35/POJK.04/2014 rule on Corporate Secretary Issuers or Public Companies.
Hereafter, all correspondence directed to the corporate secretary of PT Mitra Energi Persada, Tbk. should be addressed to:
